The Bundibugyo Ebola epidemic in the Democratic Republic of the Congo has passed a tragic milestone. Just 11 weeks after it was declared, the outbreak has reached 3,748 confirmed cases, making it the second-largest Ebola outbreak in history and the fastest-growing ever recorded.
