this isnt even getting into how i feel about ao3 (its bad) as like the most popular fanfiction site and the kind of content that site hosts and who it attracts that has lead to many people actually not writing fanfiction at all anymore bcuz the most popular hosting site also hosts illegal content
i wrote a lot of fanfiction along w original works growing up cuz i enjoyed writing and it was a lot of fun to flex those muscles with pre existing characters and worlds. im not against fanfiction or smth, i dont think its inherently stupid. but i dont understand why youd try to call it literature

i think most of my characters that r lions with manes don't have much if any facial hair bcuz their bodies r prioritizing buffing out their manes. theres a lot of hair that needs to be grown on a lion lol
