I rmb some discussions about pov a while ago Most of my writings I no longer keep, but I dug up some old snippets just now. I have never done 3rd person omniscient. It's always been either 1st or limited 3rd... Hmmm I find it easier to nail the story to a specific perspective

Wip //Personally, I'm more for analog. I like the flexibility & the feeling of pencil scratching against paper, as opposed to rigid lines & spaces & fonts. But I'm terribly indecisive & slow, going back and forth on the words and ideas, so everything looks super messy.....

I'm so glad most other series I like are way deeper into the anime side that they won't touch this level of photorealism And Zelda...has 4 decades of other games I can play

Reread the Aug fic and idk I kinda hate it? It seemed fine during proofreading, but clearly the first section goes in and out waaay too fast, almost breakneck pace It's just dialogues and dialogues and dialogues without any thought or description to let the atmosphere sink in... Đcm .-.
Shadows Dimitri is fascinating food for thought 'Memory' is so important to Azure Moon—ppl are motivated by it, molded by it, and haunted by it... Especially Dimi whose delusions were not only fueled by anger & grief but also the fear of forgetting What is left of the man once you take that away?

Why cat for Byleth & Jeralt? Idk it's something about their attitude that's simultaneously aloof & standoffish but also incredibly clingy
Bylie was outwardly a cat or lynx like Jeralt But post fusing w Sothis she started to grow Draconic features but it's really uncomfortable & she slept a lot (she's always been half dragon from Sitris Nabatean blood but that part had been dormant). Dimi took care of her cuz "house leader's duty" 😋

The ending was the hardest to write bc I didn't want it to be "clean" but rather just one more step on their journey I didn't want Byleth to just get over it & I want Dimitri to empathize with her The general idea is that Byleth, caught in her own head, forgot that her husband was in the same boat
