Oh! I've only just realised why this Wetherspoons is full of 18 year olds

Having a standard school holiday experience of sitting in a McDonald's while the 12 year old eats a happy meal. Though to be quite honest it doesn't look very happy. And neither does anyone else in here. It's essentially a Wetherspoons for children.

He may have lost his court case but at least he keeps his dignity....

I can well imagine having a meal with TM is just him giving a minute by minute commentary of what his Twitter app and WhatsApp groups are saying while the rest of the table stares off into the distance occasionally saying things like "how's your lamb?"

Surprised the solar eclipse is not on BBC One or Two tomorrow. It is having coverage on BBC News channel, but you would have thought that such a scientific phenomena would have encouraged a live science show.

I'm not sure Reform's tactics of shouting "This information could only have come from the NCA who are investigating us" is a particularly useful one.

The idea of playing video games with the 12 year old to have some sort of father daughter bonding time simply descends into half an hour of her staring at me with a mix of pity and contempt
