I’m so tired. The day got to me. I have a friend who cannot regulate and yells and screams and throws and I’m just tired. Bless our behavior team. They helped me so much today.

Tomorrow is the first day. I’m slightly anxious because we were told at the end of the day that there will be 7 new kindergarteners added. So I’m glad I haven’t labeled anything yet 🫣 Hopefully they start tomorrow because I won’t be there Friday!

Super long day at district wide PD today. Home making dinner now. Can’t believe BTS is so sooooon!

Also I’m pretty excited that only one of my new students didn’t come to meet the teacher. That means only one face I don’t know. I wish she had come but I’m thankful the others did! 💜

Meet the teacher is done and I’m exhausted but we took a picture before!!

Went to my class and my sweet mommy helped me put up new border on my inside bulletin board. 💜 Trying not to be nervous for tomorrow. Training on new math curriculum and then meet the teacher.

I saw my student list. I panicked a little at a few of the kids but then remember every student in my classroom needs me. And, in the end, I need them just as much. They always remind me to be patient, kind, and fun!
