HPSF Year in Review: Chapel 🧠 @chapellanguage.bsky.social joined HPSF in 2025, launched open governance, shipped regular releases, and expanded community engagement. In 2026 the project is improving tooling, compile times, debugging, dynamic modules, and the Mason package ecosystem.
