It's really really really important to remember that literally NONE of the creative platforms or tools we use have AI shoved in there for us. They are there to generate numbers for shareholders. You are not crazy for not adopting them. The creative world has not moved to AI. Hold the fucking line.
It continues to really bother me how puritanical everyone has gotten. Showing so much as an ounce of libido is enough for people to call you a gooner. Defending smut in any capacity gets you called a porn addict.
Since the Cyberfun Tech episode, The Walten Files has gone from a uniquely 2d drawn analog horror series inspired by David Firth, To a Lost animated film series in a mentally disturbed animator's archive, while still inspired by David Firth but now takes on a feel like Better Call Saul.
The number of people who have assumed my kindness and optimism is a front for ulterior motives really makes me wonder how many people in life have genuine friends in their lives. Not everyone who is friendly and cheerful is doing it to get one over on you, I promise. We just wanna smile again.

it's not just gloss. it's the same art. the "average" has been so "average'd" the thing can't do anything that isn't that. I've been checking some genAI manga (most of the horny kind) and it's brutally depressing. there's literal nudity and penetration and it's the sexless thing you've ever seen
