I don’t think even many of those who have come to recognize Donald Trump's extreme narcissism and his sociopathy have any idea how dangerous this phase of his pathology is. When malignant narcissists go down, they try to take as many people as they can with them.

You may not realize this but for us this is actually the high point of Mitch McConnell’s Senate career. He is casting no harmful votes and his absence leaves the Republicans with one less vote to pass Trump’s agenda.
