Just encountered a reference to this proverb I didn't know, and I totally love it. The gist is this, if you try to chase two rabbits at the same time, you won't catch anything, with the implication that simultaneously doing two things poorly is worse than doing them well one at a time. 二兎を追う者は一兎をも得ず
