I am melting, it’s 28°C in my apartment - but I managed to finish my little Arcadie!AU illustration of Stanislas and Eveline… (where Stanislas didn't end up a traitor...) "Arcadie Second Born" and "Arcadie Cold Lands" are amazing interactive fiction stories which I highly recommend!!

My little witch, Zoey, dabbling in darker magics... I wanted to finish this portrait in time for Art Fight to have a new one of her as well. With all the color adjustments her hair got significantly more red than I intended... but I like it, so it stays :3 #originalcharacter #characterillustration

Two commissions I did for the lovely justanothernerdling (IG) of her OCs Theodore and Eishen. You can read their story "Shadow and Night" on Tapas. I drew Eishen (left) in February and Theodore was finished yesterday. They were both drawn in a more sketched style, with less crisp outlines and such.

We interrupt the regular posting of character art for a random... lion fish... 🐟 Idk... I just wanted to see if I can pull this off... I took a photo I took in the "Haus des Meeres" in Vienna last year as reference. I've always loved lion fish... they are just so pretty.

Meet my new OC! XD Lysander, elf, 25, he/him, gay - he's really, really shy around people (and also very short... just 150 cm tall). I have fun with character illustrations and since I stopped fretting about backgrounds I enjoy them much more.

How do people manage to keep up with multiple social media sites? 😅 I am constantly too tired... alas, I do have a full time job and as an independent woman I need to take care of everything myself... So, advertising myself on social media on top of everything is just too much *sigh*

I can finally share this illustration of Gwendolin, which I painted last year for the cover of @federschrieb.bsky.social’s upcoming book, releasing in June! Since the cover reveal was yesterday, I’m now officially allowed to show the artwork too.

Callan. I'm not as happy with this as I hoped I would be… but I still like it. It was experimental and still fun. There are a just few flaws I only noticed too far into the process… 🤷‍♀️

I had to get this out of my system before tackling the rest of my to-do-list. I’m currently deep into Asian mythology–inspired romantasy, so I needed to draw something to match the mood. This is just a random xianxia-inspired figure that wanted to exist. And now… back to commissions!

My first piece of 2026 is a redraw of an illustration from 2012. An OC from a story I wrote as a teenager. King Allan, Keeper of the Phoenix. New and old illustration together - to prove myself that I did (somewhat) grow as an artist.
