Africa's second-biggest coffee-growing country is suddenly consuming more of its own crop after years of post-colonial tea culture (thanks, Britain). That's a big shift, and Uganda's political establishment is behind it. Diana Karakire in Kampala breaks it down in the Cherry Bones launch issue.
