Recently Berry was on an podcast and talked about doing idol in the u.s. vs japan and what she said was very true. She mentioned that at conventions, staff often doesn't take idol performances so seriously or their job the entire weekend as staff isn't so serious compared to in japan,

This is something that I'm afraid to say on twitter because it might get picked up and people will attack me LOL. I feel like since it's pretty empty here and people might read these much later after I post them, it's less likely there will be an inflammatory reaction but hmm we'll see lol
I don't really know what to do. I want to make myself more understandable to people but at the same time, I have the hardest time ever trying to neatly fold myself into a concise sentence of some sort. I feel like I was always too ahead of things. Like, before,
I did not go all in and felt myself holding back still damn it. I mean, I had moments of feeling free, but many moments of thinking too much about the environment and my appearance (in a bad way lol)
It sounds really funny, but with my two upcoming performances in february during my florida trip, I think I'm really ready to like, go all in omg lol aghhhhh. but what does that mean? well, for me, it's when I fully commit to just, owning the fact that I might look like I'm doing too much.
I started using twitter again a little bit but it doesn't really feel right to post there a lot and let my thoughts run wild and free there LOL. I think a couple posts a day is fine, but beyond that I feel like I'm doing too much.

I gave my vlog channel a makeover and organized every video into various playlists based upon the year I made them. Now, you can conveniently choose to watch certain videos from every single year ranging from 2011 to 2023 omg lol wtf is my life www.youtube.com/@CherryWallf...

I got a call to the english classroom this morning and I couldn't understand a darn thing </3 if it was important, I guess someone would show up at the classroom or I would get a message, but... nothing. I wish I knew what they called for omg this is gonna take me hours to get over u.u !!!
random life update: I still haven't given up on getting through my backlog of vlogs in... chronological order. I'm finally at the last vlog of 2023: my princess themed 30th birthday that got crashed by a twitch streamer and his pals. I knew him, I guess we're friends? maybe.... associates? lol but
These days, like before the new year up until now, I've been diving back in to Green Day's discography and omg people... this band was my life in middle school and have been my favorite band ever since but I always feel so embarrassed to say it LOL
*insert "hey.... hey... how y'all doing" video clip from reality tv show that is often used by stan twitter accounts*
in general, I am always seeing people succeed online doing the bare minimum and people gaining a huge following with less than stellar skills and, well, I guess they're a good person, idk them, so I'll give them that I guess. it just makes me think that if THAT is what people want, then why should I
I wanna post karaoke videos for people who have followed me for quite some time to see if I've improved my singing skills, but I also think no one is gonna be interested in that because it's not like a proper cover and it's gonna have mistakes and so if I can't imagine people enjoying it why post it
one of my next original song music videos is gonna feel like this lol www.youtube.com/watch?v=lStP...

people have got to stop using the words "authentic japanese" when like no japanese people were involved in organizing or producing that thing omg
I'm finally really understanding the difference between community driven events and artistically driven events. I really see many positives for the kaigai idol community, but I'm not sure if I can really call any of my events really all that community driven because I've always had
I really can't stand fake friendliness. Like, I'm seeing someone being friendly with someone obviously because the person has a huge following and that person being friendly back I just know does not care to actually meet up with that peson because, why would they? lol
There is so much to do omg I wanna be secretive, but I really can't. I have a blog/podcast idea, and a brand idea, documentary ideas, and well, that's enough for now lol. I wanna share ALL the ideas but I sound crazy cuz no way all of that can happen this year unless...
it's very comforting to know that the cosplayers and idols who look so incredibly perfect and almost non-human like... absolutely don't look like that irl. like, they're still pretty but... I'll never understand why ppl edit their faces and don't get embarrassed meeting people irl
"journal prompts for existential dread while chasing your dreams" so this where I am now at life LOL

REPORTER: Is the president okay with this bill adding to the deficit? LEAVITT: This bill does not add to the deficit
I probably mentioned this before, but the reason why I want to push for the usage of "indie idol" more is because I really can't handle being compared to Japanese idols by calling myself a j-pop idol. Kaigai idol does work but it still gives to comparison towards what the girlies are doing in Japan
welp I've come to accept that the real reason why I have a complicated relationship with my confidence is basically because of my mom never saying she was proud of me as a kid and making straight A's be the norm, not celebrated who would have thought?! hahahaha
I'm so excited to live in the u.s. again, believe it or not lol. Of course there will be many challenges and thinks I'll miss sooo much about being in korea/asia, but I didn't think I would end up being happy to return home so thats good lol
I'm starting to practice dancing again. Man, I say this ALL the time how I'm starting and stopping. and by this I mean like trying to learn some more complicated choreography, not just choreography for like a short idol performance. I was looking at old videos of myself,

ok yeah it's gonna be an album ehehehee an intro track (dunno if that really counts as a song) 6 brand new songs and a remix of my first original song so that makes 8 tracks total... that's an album right? lol
the ep might be turning into a full album if I can grab these two extra tracks omg yeah, it DEFINITELY won't be finished until around my bday in december lol It is giving me so much pain to like, have this take so long but I just hope it's worth it
