Good morning #bluesky The time has come to drive from the majestic and relaxing French Alps to the bustling Côte d'Azur. It took over a month, meandering from Amsterdam to Brighton, then across the Channel and the whole of France, to the coast. Only an hour's drive to Antibes seems anticlimactic. 😀

The Intermarche is bonkers. You would think the world is ending the way people are acting today. Children crying and screaming. Women pushing and shoving. Men hoarding baguettes and toilet paper. It is hot as hell, but we hiked to the top of the mountain. In the distance is St Tropez and the Mediterranean Sea. The path borders the largest military training camp in Europe, with live rounds going off right now. Surreal stuff. Couldn't do this tomorrow with thunderstorms forecast. Epic! 😀

As the Amsterdam and Brighton boys go to the #Pride events, here in the hot French Alps we are going to taste Comté cheese and watch a panel of judges pick a winner. Sounds fun! 😅❤️

Hello #bleusky We have the day off. It is a great day to picnic at the Gorges de Daluis. It is otherworldly! I didn't expect this terrain in France. It would be a motorbike rider's wet dream! It is a wonderful drive. Wouldn't have had a clue about this area, but an Entrevaux local suggested it 😀❤️
Made it to Entrevaux. We are still in the French Alps. A few knock-off drinks are on the agenda. 😀
