The Little Skirtful of Stones on Burley Moor. An early Bronze Age burial cairn, sadly stripped of much of its original splendour. Legend says a local giant spilt some stones from her apron, hence the name. It's a common title for burial cairns across Yorkshire. #burleymoor #bronzeage #burialcairn
