Just saw an interesting and curious bird interaction. We put put roasted unsalted peanuts and sunflower seeds on the ground for the birds, chipmunks and other wildlife. A small dark bird was trying to pick a peanut when a Bluejay came down to attack it. Then a robin flew down and drove off the
Last night I saw a chipmunk chasing a hummingbird; eventually the chipmunk got into my orange holder and sat blissfully eating the orange. So I decided to see what chipmunks eat... They are omnivores, yeah, they eat fruits...but you know what else They eat mice They eat birds, they even eat snakes!
