My Dad would intentionally shift the position of the globe in our house to reinforce that north is not up, but a frame of reference. He noted this to me when I was an adult. I didn’t actually notice the globe thing as a kid.

We got to the bottom of the weight rack today for leg day. Those 30s were so intimidating. Not so bad today. Probably helps that over the last year, I’ve dropped that much weight (2-30s). Thanks to my wife for getting us committed. Thanks also to Fit with Coco. Hands down the best home workout. 💪💪
