Those moments when, as an author, you have imagined conversations with your own characters as if you are bestie catching up, but knowing full well you’re mining them for another book idea where any happiness they have will be once again in jeopardy. 🤭🤭🤭 Silly characters.

I’ve written maybe my most romantic scene for a book ever that is saved as a draft currently. A love declaration from one character to another. Is it the most romantic scene ever? No. Is it the best love declaration ever? No. But it’s one of the best things I’ve personally ever written.

I just read a five-star book and I feel like it’s been so long since I have. Highly recommend this. It won’t be for everyone. But wow… just wow. This book will stay with me for a VERY long time. Haunting. Fascinating. Depressing. Existential. Hopeful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Premise in the comments!
