For my NYC zoning and planning friends… these four buildings on the northeast side of 6th Ave and Sterling in Park Slope have ground floor retail, b it there is no commercial overlay or special zoning here. Why just these four?

A water treatment coagulant is all you need to achieve this. These are typically aluminum (or sometimes ferric) based coagulants that are used to 14/19
