To begin healing the trauma of the separate self, change your relationship with You. Learn to be nice to yourself. Come up with sweet words to address yourself. Learn to smile at yourself in a mirror and say, “I love you.” Start there, M or F. Most can’t even do this. It’s a huge baby step forward
The oxygen that keeps us alive comes from natural ecosystems: half on land, half at sea. It's not complicated: we are TOTALLY dependent on the living world. Yet it's still treated as nothing but 'resources', to exploit and destroy for profit.

The revolution has to start somewhere :)))
21st Century Identity. It's a fractured narrative based on thought. It's a hallucination, and a shitty epitaph. We have an Authentic Identity we don't dare to acknowledge. It's too vast for thought to understand. So, we are relegated to a few paragraphs of an obituary nobody will read.

machine that effectively rearranges words to our liking is not a “singularity event.” Treating it as such is a sign pointing to our ignorance. Words and thoughts are not intelligence. They are only pointers to real AI - Authentic Intelligence.
I challenge thought leaders and influencers to set aside trump and look at what we have become and how we need to continue growing. trump will be gone soon enough but our raving addiction to drama and toxic emotions will remain. We need a kind and intelligent path forward out of our darkness.

Humans with large brains, like those of today, have been around for over a million years. The last 3000, thought started talking to us and created the dream of a separate self, aka the ego. Basing our reality on falsehoods has not worked out well. Fortunately, Life always cleans up its messes.
