Some people are wired to deal with the MAGA-era of politics, others are clearly not. The good news is that, despite their endless TV invites from networks that love titles and nostalgia, most Democrats have finally stopped listening to them.

Normally when a sitting president has historically low approval ratings heading into midterms, candidates from his party in swing districts and states distance themselves from him during their campaigns. But Trump does not permit that, so they are stuck doubling down on failure.
