[OOC] I'm hoping to get back into streaming soon. I've been recently dealing with some medical issues that are very major and debilitating. I didn't want to stream if I wasn't feeling very well or distracted from pain. But October is coming soon, and I want to stream for my Birth Month.

For those not in the know. The streamer has been dealing with health issues and was recently re-admitted into the ER last night. And without them, I can't put on a show. Zoey and I are hoping for a timely recovery so we can return soon.

So yesterday I woke up with alarming foot pain, and it just kept getting worse throughout the day. When it was time for me to sleep, I was in so much excruciating pain that my roommate had to leave work to take me to the ER, in a wheelchair. I had a battery of tests done again...

Really... I'm not sure what to be more appalled about. The fact that a company PUBLISHED this kind of Slop. The fact that someone wanted ME to feature this Slop, On MY STREAM for MY COMMUNITY?! Or the fact that they only plan on paying out 6 USD Maximum. I'd rather lose on Jeopardy than this.

Well, it certainly looked like a lot of people had fun with Zoey while I was on leave. I'll have to ask her to host again soon! [But in all seriousness, Zoey seemed very well received, I was afraid that her gimmick of being a retro pool toy would be off-putting but nah, it was fun. ^^]

Well, it's been a while since the last stream, and I believe everything is ready for Zoey to have her part of the show. Today feels like an anything goes kind of night, from retro classics, to romhacks there of, starting with a romhack called Sonic Classic Heroes. Tell Zoey hi for me! #Twitch

While I haven't been able to stream due to the recent chaos, I have been quite busy in the background. A fresh face will be joining the stream for Retro Gaming. Meet Zoey, the Toystera. I found her on Planet Retropolis... well technically she found me but that's another story altogether.

Whoof. I was hit by a double whammy. When my roommates left for the convention, I was left to bake under the heatwave so I got sick from that, and then when my roommates came back, one of them passed their infection to me. So I haven't the energy to stream recently, but I'm hoping to get back soon.

So while I haven't had the energy to stream, I have been vibing a bit in Elite Dangerous, which brings me to wonder. Should I give streaming it a shot? It might not be very active since I like to explore, salvage and deliver rather than combat at the moment.

Once I'm back to being able, I WILL be continuing System Shock 2023. There's something about that game that has me gripped to my seat. The lore? The fact that it's AI VS AI (Hi I'm Bird)? Or just the atmosphere of the game that I literally get lost to.

I'm hoping to return to streaming very soon. I just had a bit of a medical mishap and despite the bandages and the meds, I didn't feel fully capable of streaming. (Pain had been very distracting).

So I think my next stream. I'm gonna open up System Shock (2023). I've come to the conclusion that I shouldn't be fighting my ADHD to stay on task, but instead I should embrace it and work on each game a bit at a time. So expect a bit of a shift in how my streams work.

WELL THIS IS A PROBLEM. Twitch won't let me login on ANY of my browsers. They all say the same thing. "Your browser is not currently supported." I kinda expected this with Vivaldi but... The kicker is that I've even tried using Firefox and Chrome in safety mode... all plugins disabled... nothing.

What does that mean? Well, there's some games I wanna toss on Deck. If I can be brave enough, I wanna add Elite Dangerous to the mix, as well as System Shock Remaster. I also have Pac-Man World 2 Repac, so we can continue his adventure too! The latter two are thanks to a friend.

It's been an absolute mess of a month. I've been too busy with real life stuff to have time to stream. Also during this time, I feel like a change up is in order. It's really hard for me to focus on one game at a time, because I have ADHD.

Whoof, the Festival was rough, but I managed to get 1000 points, and everything from the Crossover. I also managed to snag another Chaos Emerald in Ring Racers too! Not too shabby.
