PANEL 1: Flareon, Vaporeon, and Jolteon are baking a cake. Flareon is peering into an oven with a carton of eggs on top, Vaporeon is happily mixing batter in a bowl, and Jolteon is focused on frosting the layer of cake that's already complete.

PANEL 2: Flareon, Vaporeon, and Jolteon present a tiered cake with a large candle on top shaped like the number 1. Flareon is speaking:

"Today's the one year anniversary of Team 5's first episode! We wanted to thank you all for your support over this last year. It's been an honour to share our story with you all, and blah blah"

The end of his dialogue is fading out as Jolteon and Vaporeon whisper in the foreground.

Vaporeon: "Can we eat yet?"

Jolteon: "Just wait until the speech is over."

Forgetting something. #PMD

A comic divided into multiple panels. Jolteon, Vaporeon, and Flareon enter the Magikarp guild, where the Guildmaster's assistant, Furret, waves at them.

Furret: "Oh, Team 5, it's good to see you again!"

Jolteon: "Furret! Long time, no see! How's the guild holding up?"

Furret: "Busy as ever! Magikarp runs a tight ship, you know! Anything I can help with?"

Jolteon: "We were hoping to grab a few simple missions to get back in the swing of things. Nurse says to take it slow, you know?"

Furret: "Of course! I'll just need the write-up for your last mission and we can get right on that."

Jolteon: "...Last mission?"

Furret: "Oh, yes! It would have been about 6 months ago. I assume you turned Golduck's gang over to the appropriate local authorities?"

Jolteon, Vaporeon, and Flareon stare blankly, realizing that they forgot to apprehend Golduck during their mission.

Golduck's gang, consisting of himself, a Drifloon, and an Aipom, munch on stolen berries in a shabby looking building. The door creaks open, revealing Jolteon's silhouette, causing Golduck's gang to begin sweating.

In the middle is Jolteon sitting inside a dumpster, with Espeon looking at him very confused, saying "Why did you take me to a dumpster...?), with Jolteon responding with (Come on in!)

It's been over a week since the series' finale. To all who love Pokemon stories, I personally recommend giving Team 5 a watch! It's got an emotionally driven "Show, don't tell" approach to its storytelling, and an amazing cast to boot!
