Compassion in World Farming International

Our vision is a world where farmed animals are treated with compassion & respect. Our mission is to end factory farming. #EndIt www.ciwf.org

Recently, our China team went to Egg Culture Festival - an event designed to help consumers learn more about eggs & farmed animal welfare. Through interactive public engagement activities, they helped bring hen welfare & cage-free farming into conversations with consumers.

Staff from CIWF China stand next to a board about animal welfare. Text below reads: CIWF China champions hen welfare at Egg Culture FestivalA group photo of people who participated in the event at the top. Below there is a photo of a staff member from CIWF China doing a speech with a microphone.Three people from CIWF China holding cartoon styled hen and egg signs. Behind them are inflatable spheres. One large sphere resembles the sun and another smaller one has the CIWF logo on it.

Today we remember the sad passing a year ago of our beloved @ciwf.org.uk Patron Dr Jane Goodall. We remember her empathy, conviction, determination, tenacity and love. She was a gift to the world and always prepared to stand up for the voiceless. Her legacy will be everlasting 💚
