Centarian visits secret wartime place of work. Stanley Hills, aged 100, recently visited the de Havilland Aircraft Museum, formerly the secret site for the development of the Mosquito. It prompted numerous memories of his time there, including witnessing the maiden flight of Mosquito W4052 in 1941

During the Battle of Britain pilots from No. 7 Operational Training Unit were credited with shooting down a number of aircraft. Despite this, they do not qualify for the Battle of Britain Clasp as OTUs weren't listed among the qualifying units. #WW2 #WorldWar2
