I think that we need to come to terms with the fact that the Epstein stuff didn't matter at all to Trump's popularity, but it did foster further conspiracism and provided a stalking horse for the exploding antisemitism on the left. The juice was not worth the squeeze.

I honestly have a sorta respect for Natsume for losing the rights to Story of Seasons, but instead of quitting farming games, they just keep making their own really bad Harvest Moon games despite the actual Story of Seasons games continuing on under the OG title.
