Lien Tran is a game designer and associate professor, chair of the game design program, and director of the Matters at Play lab at the DePaul University Jarvis College of Computing and Digital Media. She will be running Dwell, a tabletop situational poverty simulation, at FEPH at Gen Con!

Header reads Gen Con Events in maroon text highlighted in gold. Below it in red text are the words First Exposure Playtest Hall. Below that is a blue box with black header text Dwell. Beneath the header is smaller maroon text which reads Thursday: 8-10 AM, Friday: 8-10 AM and 4-6 PM, and Saturday: 12-2 PM. Next to the blue box is a circular photograph of a person with shoulder-length black hair and fair skin wearing a navy polo. Beneath the photo is a small header of maroon text highlighted in gold. It reads With designer Lien Tran. The background of the graphic is a lightened version of the Dwell board, which features a city-plan-like graphic with lines and dots connecting different cartoon building images.

You'll be able to find us in the halls of Gen Con during the day next week...then, from 6-11 on Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, join us at Good Games Indianapolis for demo nights! Thanks for inviting us to run Witch Hunt: 1649, The Blue Way, The New Way, Keep the Faith, and Line By Line!

Light blue background. Maroon text reads Join CMich Press for demos at... next to this text is the logo for Good Games, a game store. The word good is in lowercase navy font, and the word games is in lowercase light gray font. A navy dragon with three gray cards and a pair of navy dice. Below the logo is maroon text which reads Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday 6-11. Around the text are game cover images for The New Way, The Blue Way, Witch Hunt: 1649, Keep the Faith, and Line By Line.

Thank you to everyone who helped us cross the finish line (nearly twice over) for The Blue Way crowdfunding campaign! We are so excited to publish the enhanced version of the core game and a score of bonus features unlocked through stretch goals! Stay tuned for updates! Map art by Tak Moran!

A drawn map with green moors, a light blue river, a small village, a cave, and a castle is the background for this image. At the forefront are a couple of lines of white text which reads Thank you for supporting The Blue Way.

Thank you so much to the Mackinac Island Public Library for hosting us for another game night! We had a lovely time playing Hydrologic Cycle last night with a view of Lake Huron. (If you are a library, reach out and say hello at cmichpress@cmich.edu! We offer a retailer-grade discount!)

The game Hydrologic Cycle is laid out on a long wooden table in a bright airy room with lots of windows and teal walls.
