I was going to say it’s because voters are ignorant, but I’m way past that. We just need to get going with what we have.
And the fraudsters (we know them), who say they are looking for fraud, insist fraud only happens in blue states so they can try to extort those states while real, convicted fraudsters get pardons from President Fraudster.
