Saw this brought up vaguely, so I figured I'd add something informative. You can solve this problem by using the Modulo Operator ( % ) which returns the remainder of a division. Ex: 4 % 2 = 0 | 5 % 2 = 1 1 = odd, 0 = even Combine with Extension methods to reuse anywhere!

A trick I learned in Substance Painter while working on my Furality outfit is a Fill Layer with Planar-Projection and using a texture in the Grayscale channel to get clean shapes in your mask. 🖌️ Linear Dodge for Additive Layers. ✂ Subtract to Carve Shapes. Super easy to edit and sharp lines!
