This quote from a Penn State assistant coach whose boss (head coach) was just fired sounds a lot like what I tell my time in times of change: “Right now is the best time to do your best work. Whatever happens, doing great work today is going to help you tomorrow.”

My biggest concern with AI is that I'm already able to tell which of my teammates are using it and which aren't. It gives me the vibe that we're already trending towards becoming mediums for the machines.

A few weeks back I sent a support ticket to Discourse. “Hawk, Co-CEO” with a flying Hawk avatar replied. I assumed it was a pseudonymous shared by their support team. Nope. Turns out it was in fact the Co-CEO. The stoke I’m feeling is a great reminder of the importance of engaging with your users.
