Well done Spain 🇪🇸 Well deserved after a patient, dominant performance. Argentina fouled and cheated their way through 120 minutes. The best team won 👏

It seems the Vorlon influence is alive and well and not even subtle. Ulkesh even has his own perfume #Babylon5
RIP Sam Neill. Loved him in Jurassic Park; one of my favourite movies of all time. www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/cr...

First ever visit to this iconic place. ‘It’s a state of mind’….Some of the most professional and respectful, as well as formidable people I’ve ever had the pleasure to serve alongside. Hoofin’ Royal 💪
Aww, rest in peace Bonnie Tyler. Incredible, unforgettable voice. Singer of some of the most iconic songs of all time.
The “I Need a Hero” video, done during the second season of Babylon 5 in 1995.
Exactly 10 years since the Brexit vote, the verdict is in.
In Barrow today. Got a glimpse of HMS Agamemnon…I wonder what ramming speed is for an SSN?
Makes the hairs on the back of your neck stand up 🏴 It’s incredible to watch, can’t imagine what it’s like to be there #tartanarmy
🏴 The team and the Tartan Army did Scotland proud 💪 youtube.com/shorts/zkwxy...
Something a bit different tonight. It was bloody wonderful; highly recommend 👢👢🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️💃🕺🏻
82nd anniversary of DDay. It’s so important that we never forget what led our countries to that point. Sharing this incredible eye witness account of a young French girl who lived through it - a girl the same age as my daughter is now. Astonishing wisdom and awareness for one so young…
My thoughts are with all those people from around the world—who were half my age—who came to fight and, all too often, die in my country 82 years ago today, for the freedom of my family, and therefore my own. So I’m sharing again this excerpt from my grandmother’s memoirs:
I never met Lt Lily Mae Fisher, but what an incredible woman. She was an inspiration to so many of us in the service in spite of the fact that her career was just at the beginning. If you’ve not seen her instagram page, it’s worth a scroll. She was just a legend. Fair winds Lily, to you Chris & Owen
Lt Lily Mae Fisher was the only serving female naval commando, elite athlete, geologist (& Instagrammer). All four deaths of Uk service personnel in this last week were tragic & all will be missed obviously. I just wonder what she might have gone on to do. www.instagram.com/p/DXOok1mhzM...
Saw it with my kids at the weekend. All of us loved it. My son and I are big Star Wars fans, my daughters have never seen any other Star Wars (I know, I need to try rectifying that one!). Lots of Mando action and lots of Grogu cuteness - a great combo and 2 hours well spent 🚀
Confidential to you: The Mandalorian and Grogu is actually a really fun film and you can go see it and enjoy it and not another living soul need ever know...
What’s that Delenn quote?….’I didn’t know similarity was required for the exercise of compassion.’….So say we all! (Well, except the Brexit/Reform morons).
Immigration make Britain brilliant
On a Babylon 5 rewatch. SPOILERS. S3 Ep1 - Matters of Honor. Absolute banger of a season opener. Packs a huge amount into 43 mins - intro of Marcus & the White Star, first fight with a shadow vessel, Londo trying to break with shadows & Earth Central courting Morden and PsiCorps. Strong work JMS 🫡
Happy birthday to Bruce Boxleitner. As Capt John Sheridan in Babylon 5, he uttered the line ‘I wanted to serve something bigger than I was. Make a difference somewhere, somehow.’ It sounds bonkers, but this sentiment set me on the path I have lived for 29 years. Thank you Bruce 🫡 many happy returns
C’mon the Villa 💪👏💪👏💪👏💜💙 Incredible performance tonight lads! Super John McGinn, take a bow 🙇♀️

Election day in my part of the world tomorrow. Get out there and vote people! Being in the military, I can never guarantee that I’m going to be at home when elections happen, so I’d be totally stuck without the opportunity to vote by post. I’ve therefore already done my bit 🗳️📮
Tune into the Bylines Scotland elections livestream this Friday, 10.30am-7.30pm, for coverage of the results from Scotland and Wales as they come in, with live analysis from special guests www.youtube.com/channel/UC3r...
My very first science fiction love…Star Wars. More specifically Return of the Jedi, which was also the first film I ever saw at the cinema. And to top it off, Han Solo was my first crush. Still love it and him now. #maythefourthbewithyou

I’ve started watching For All Mankind. Already heard 1 x ‘frak’ and 2 x ‘roll the hard six’. RDM, Weddle and Thompson dishing some Easter eggs for the BSG faithful. What a show by the way 🚀🌓
Working in Dundee today. A wee gem of a city, with a huge amount of maritime history. A great example is HMS Unicorn which is the only one of its kind amongst the historic ships still in existence. Sadly I didn’t get a chance to go aboard, but will definitely return to do so. I’m also fascinated
Alton Towers mixing its franchises. I’m pleased to say it didn’t quite require me to pull as many Gs as a Mk2 Viper
I learnt very early on in my football fandom never to leave a game early. My first ever top flight match as a spectator, Aston Villa v Oxford Utd 1986. Villa 2-0 down. 10 mins to go, my Uncle who had taken me decided we should go to get ahead of the traffic. Just as we stepped outside the Holte End,
West Ham 'fans' outside after leaving at 75mins 😂😂😂😂😂...
