### Columbus Ghost Tours “Booze & Boos” Downtown Walking Tour
via Booze & Boos Facebook
**What:** Booze & Boos traded the bus for a walking route, and it’s still the drinking one. The route stops at historic downtown taverns, and you can order a drink at each one while the guide covers the regulars who never left. Tickets are $40. It’s for ages 21 and up, and the operator says it isn’t suited to anyone with mobility issues.
**When:** Select nights. The booking calendar has what’s open.
**Where:** Downtown Columbus. The starting point comes by email within 30 minutes of booking.
### More Walks From Columbus Ghost Tours
**What:** Booze & Boos isn’t the only walk on the Columbus Ghost Tours calendar. Two of the others go through Green Lawn Cemetery. The Civil War Ghosts walk, $35, stops at graves tied to hauntings around Columbus and takes ages 12 and up. The Night at Green Lawn walk, $40, starts after the gates lock; it’s for ages 18 and up, and you’ll need a car. A cut of each ticket goes to the cemetery’s preservation fund. The Ghosts of German Village walk, $30, covers two centuries of hauntings reported along the neighborhood’s brick streets, and the Creepy Columbus walk spends 90 minutes at the downtown buildings said to be haunted. Those two are open to ages 12 and up.
**When:** Dates are on the booking calendar.
**Where:** Green Lawn Cemetery, 1000 Greenlawn Ave., Columbus, for the cemetery walks. The others meet downtown or in German Village, and the spot comes with your confirmation email.
### Ghost Tour of Worthington Historic District
via Facebook
**What:** After dark in Worthington’s Historic District, “ghosts” of residents from the past two centuries stop to tell their stories on the Historical Society’s guided walk. Figure on about half a mile of walking over 60 to 90 minutes, and it goes on in the rain, so bring an umbrella. Tickets are $20 and non-refundable. The tour is meant for ages 13 and up.
**When:** October 21st and 22nd. Groups leave every 15 minutes from 6:30 to 7:30pm.
**Where:** The Old Rectory, 50 W. New England Ave., Worthington
### Haunted Statehouse Tours
via Ohiostatehouse.org
**What:** The Statehouse’s museum and education team leads this haunted tour, mixing history with legend. Visitors are led through the dimly lit stone hallways by lantern. This year’s run is sold out. Tickets were $16, for ages 12 and up. Younger kids can still get in on the free Trick-or-Treat Tour on October 30th at 10am. Costumes are encouraged, and an adult has to come along.
**When:** Sold out for this year. The last tours run October 23rd and 24th, with departures every half hour from 7 to 8:30pm.
**Where:** Ohio Statehouse, 1 Capitol Square, Columbus
### Haunted History Tours of Canal Winchester
**What:** Canal Winchester’s Halloween walk, from the Area Historical Society, stops for the town’s darker legends and the people behind them. Groups leave every 10 minutes. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for kids 6 to 18. The society’s 2026 page doesn’t give a starting point; last year’s walks left from the Historical Complex at 10 W. Oak St. and ran about 90 minutes.
**When:** October 23rd and 24th, with departures from 7 to 7:50pm.
**Where:** Canal Winchester. Tickets are on the society’s site.
### Uptown Westerville Ghost Story Tours
**What:** Costumed storytellers lead this lantern walk through Uptown Westerville’s history and legends, an Uptown Westerville Inc. event. The organizers call it storytelling rather than a haunted attraction, with no jump scares, and they recommend it for ages 9 and up. Every remaining date is sold out.
**When:** Sold out. The last tours run October 23rd, 24th, 30th and 31st.
**Where:** Uptown Westerville, 175 S. Knox St., Westerville
