I'm honored to be selected to present my latest research at #COMBINE2025 (part of #ABACBS2025 ) today’s morning. I'll be introducing CellDiffusion, a new generative model to tackle the challenge of annotating complex single-cell and spatial RNA-seq data by using bulk RNA-seq reference.
