bloomberg has a fun article today arguing that the Cybertruck is the biggest flop in automotive history. it includes this glorious graph.

A graph showing how the edsel and Cybertruck both performed based on their sales target and actual year one and year two sales. The edsel was expected to sell 200k units in its first year. It sold slightly over 50k, and less than 50k the next year

The Cybertruck had a sales.target of 250k in its first year. They sold around 40k, the next year they sold about half as many.

I dunno man. If I were a law student of Prof. Wurman's at UMinn Law... I'd be asking for my money back. What happened wasn't "sue and settle." It was "sue an agency you control & have them provide you a massive economic win as a 'settlement.'" If I can figure that out, so can Wurman

Law professor Ilan Wurman tweeting about a federal court calling out Donald Trump's bullshit "settlement" with his own DOJ/IRS as not just invalid, but where the lawyers should be reviewed for professional discipline by saying: "Wait, sue and settle is now bar-discipline worthy? I was on a panel from someone at Cleveland Clinic where I heard about all their AI initiatives. I would guess a lawsuit like this will be hitting them in the next year also.
