So we have this annual tradition of watching the sun set at Centerpoint Beach on Labour Day to mark the end of the summer. Even though fall is my favorite season, this always hits a little hard, and this year was no exception.

Our boy Jax left us last week. Both he and his brother Monté, who passed in 2023, were extremely special cats and our most loyal companions - and the fact that both are now gone means there is emptiness in our house that’ll be hard to sit with. Goodbye, sweet boy. We love you.
