Set a 10 minute timer and take that time to just put whatever you see away in your home. It doesn’t seem like a lot of time to clean, but it adds up + you are always able to add on additional increments if you’re still motivated.

I usually like stockpiling a big box/bag of recycling/trash so visually process the true quantity of stuff I purge- the recycling got too annoying to look at so I tossed it now xD Immediately feels less overwhelmed. Next up is trying to fill the rest of this large trash bag.
