Saying goodbye to July. It was great to be back in Utah with family and friends. I enjoyed spending a few days with my mom exploring Snow Canyon and Kolob Canyon. It had been more than a decade since I’d been to southern Utah. What a beautiful state!

Today is the anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising, a pivotal moment for LGBTQ+ rights. It reminds us that progress happens because people choose to speak up and push for a more just world. I’m grateful for the activists whose courage created opportunities for people they would never meet. #Pride 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Happy #Pride Month! I’m so grateful for the LGBTQ+ people and allies that have supported me along the way. This month is a time to celebrate how far we’ve come while continuing to advocate for a future where everyone is seen, valued, and supported. 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈

After an incredible IASR/AFSP Summit in Boston, I was honored to present a plenary on advancing equity and action at the Youth Suicide Prevention & Intervention Symposium in Denver. Eight days, three cities, two time zones—I’m exhausted but continually inspired by this work.
