If you're camping at #Boardmasters, remember that BBQs, camping stoves, cookers and campfires are not allowed. The current hot, dry conditions mean the risk of wildfires is high. It only takes one spark to start a fire.

Going camping? When your gas canister is empty, don't put it in your bin or recycling bags. Even empty canisters can explode if they're crushed in our collection vehicles. Take them to one of our recycling centres and ask a member of staff where to dispose of them safely.

Update - Gas leak on Pengover Road, #Liskeard The area is now safe and the police cordon has been removed. Pengover Road remains closed with signed diversions in place. Resident access only while engineers continue repair work.
