‘Imperfect Bodies’, Ali Isaac’s honest and compelling memoir, is a beautifully-written account of bringing up a disabled child. Here, we find reflections on motherhood, identity, and bodies, but what we ultimately encounter is a deep and enduring love that exists between mother and daughter.
