Okay, look: I don't consider myself a furry but if you guys pick Raww (the 16-year-old lost-boy multi-centenarian from Forgotten Island) as Furry Character of the Year over Thorne (an actively anti-capitalist pro-environmentalist revolutionary), you can, but I'm definitely judging you.
Every time I design a character, it's legitimately fueled by "what do I want, from the deepest darkest parts of my heart, do I want to do to someone RIGHT NOW."
When I make a StarFox clone, I'm gonna make the main character SOOOOOO gay. I'm not gonna confirm it on screen until the very end (so I have enough time to make away with the homophobes' money), but on replays everyone is gonna be like "omg it was so obvious wth"

Full honesty, I think I've been majorly depressed for the past month or two. Haven't been able to get anything done or focus on anything. Currently trying to fix it, but still, sucks to be so far behind on absolutely everything (patreon, comms, etc) because my brain is broken. Again, fixing it.
Fun fact: I literally stopped eating Raising Cane's because of the AI ads and promotional materials. I specifically keep track of companies that use Gen AI because if they're willing to cheap out on the advertising, that indicates to me that they are also cheaping out on the product/service.

Been trying out RPG Maker, but there's no way I can do any extended projects with it. Still struggling to manage everything else I've got to do first.

Hopefully this translates to at least a turn around in hiring rates as well, we'll see. Might also require some opportunities for the economy to recover (iykyk).
