Sometimes I remember I used to be publically humiliated in Drama because my anxiety from it used to make me cry. Now I've been playing D&D for over 10 years and have recently been trying out improv with my friends. I have to give myself a pat on the back for overcoming some of that fear ✨

I don't have to do a dissertation for my uni course but I genuinely would have loved to have done one discussing how understanding longform improv as a storytelling medium can greatly improve your intention and awareness in writing, it's become such an important topic to me 😭
