Dies ist eine künstlerische Bearbeitung einer Seite aus einem alten deutschen Physik-Lehrbuch zum Thema „Die ruhende Elektrizität (Elektrostatik)“. Ein großes, pelziges, wurmartiges Monster mit vielen kleinen Beinen schlängelt sich über die Seite und umhüllt die technischen Abbildungen. Es kuschelt an einer der Maschinen, der „Influenzmaschine“ (Abb. 278). Die Original-Illustrationen zeigen elektrostatische Experimente, darunter die „Saugwirkung der Spitzen“ (Abb. 276) und das Schema einer „Wimshurstmaschine“ (Abb. 279). Das Bild ist im Vintage-Stil gehalten und trägt die Hashtags #MONSTERERFINDEN und N° 30 NERD.
