Not only that, we had asked for community mods so that the people making these decisions would have insight on how to handle sensitive issues. There should never be only one mod handling a report, and if a mod has a personal relationship with either party, they should not be involved at all.

The main reason we asked for more mods is for someone impartial and trustworthy to protect the community. Even with multiple people, including Peachy, volunteering to mod the AC team made barely any effort to reach out. Very disappointing they are treating her this way, but sadly not surprising.

She's not exaggerating, cosy has been civil and offered a huge amount of support and guidance to AC's team and was still banned. The mental gymnastics of seeing multiple women speak out and still grouping them with a single male friend they have and assuming they could only have been manipulated

Here's my take and call for action in the AudioChan discord server. Note that over the past few months, creators have been REPEATEDLY asking for the same things I've stated in my messages, only to be met with complete silence or deflection. They need to get their priorities straight.

Before accusing people of "mob mentality", maybe take a long hard look in the mirror to see what argument you're trying to make first. Using an inside joke between friends that has NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU, to try and push the narrative of someone else being problematic seems pretty...mobby to me imo

Full transparency just so people don't think i'm all talk and no action...I have reached out to Andy privately to provide assistance if he needs. (Just texted him a few hours ago tho, so we shall see what happens)

I want to make an announcement to about my future/current work. I have come to the decision to no longer post on audiochan and have moved all my work onto scriptbin, all publicly available scripts can now be found on scriptbin and that will be my primary posting location.

I called out the owner (Mav) as well as his business partner and friend Glycius (AKA SiliconeSmartmouth) as two males who have repeatedly made women uncomfortable in DMs. I will go into more detail below without outing anyone who confided in me.

Mav, the key difference is that I am a creator in this space, not the owner of a platform. I gave a short relatable reply and changed the subject. I don't hold inherent power over anyone I interact with.
