so fun fact bon saying "BEAUTY IS PAIN" at the end of 5 wasnt actually in the eps script i drew this image then shortly after recorded my voicelines for the faces of bliss segment and adlibed "beauty is pain" in there at the end because i realized that would make for a very fun line for that scene

It's #Mar10 Day! I don't have anything new but I never posted my full set of 15th Century redesigns here (i think...if i did & forgot well 🤷‍♀️) from back in 2021, so enjoy!

15th Century Mario Bros, they're both leaping in the air with one fist raised in excitement. They are dressed in working class clothes. Mario's is patterned with fire-flowers on his red tunic & the letter M on his long hat. Luigi's has pipes & scared Boos on his green tunic and Ls on his hat.

15th century butchfemme Princess Daisy & Princess Peach. Daisy wears a masculine outfit of an orange cape with a patterned lining of blue flowers on yellow. Her tunic is orange with a simple flower pattern with a gold and Mario-style tulip trim. She wears white hose and yellow shoes. Her signature daisy is on a chunky chain over her cape and on her orange cap. Her hair is cropped under her ears.

Peach wears a pink floor-length dress with darker pink heart trimming & stomacher cinched witha pink belt decorated with gold hearts. Her pink hennin has a diaphanous veil. Her necklace is gold with ruby mushrooms & she has oval blue and gold earrings.

15th century Rosalina, she holds a starry wand and looks at a medieval styled Luma. She wears a pale blue escoffion with a large silver star with a floaty veil. She has a turquoise fur trimmed overdress with long sleeves over a starry patterned dark blue underdress.

15th century Pauline. She wears a deep purple escoffion. She wears a floor-length thick red gown of a more masculine style akin to merchants trimmed with brown fur. Over this she has a darker red cape which is lined with a pattern of Mario motifs such a stars and blocks. Her waist is cinched with a dark red belt with a heart shaped buckle.

Second half!

The Toads from Mario in 15th century courtly dress. Toad wears a short houppelande in deep blue with slit sleeves trimmed with brown fur. His under-tunic sleeves are ochre colour & his hose are white with black shoes. He has a small chaperon perched atop his head with a trailing liripipe & a Mario-style turnip pattern.

Toadette is in a pink high-necked gown with a split pattern on the front with goonies (the seagulls from Yoshi's Island) A white shawl is draped over her arms and she wears a white scalloped edge wimple.

Toadworth wears a trailing houppelande in purple with deep yellow fur trim. He leans on a wooden staff with a gem encrusted mushroom on top. His chaperon is red with a Chain Chomp pattern, the liripipe is wrapped around his neck like a scarf. A pair of medieval style spectacles are perched over his nose.

15th century Bowser and Bowser Jr. They are dressed in a Burgundian fashion, with Bowser in a long dark green gown patterned with Phantos & a conical hat. Junior has cropped hair and a short jacket patterned with jaws, under which he has deep green hose with long pointy toes.

Wario and Waluigi as 15th century jesters. Wario's yellow and pink stripy outfit comes with a pointy hood & is adorned with tiny bells. His cuffed hose are pink with a garlic pattern. He has long pointy green shoes over which he wears a pair of pattens bakcwards.

Waluigi is in a split patterned short tunic in purple, with a feathery trim and a curly hood. His hose and undertunic are bright orange, with poison mushrooms stitched dangling from the sleeves. He holds a marotte carved into his likeness.
