This has been a truly shitty week. My dad got a brain bleed and had to have major surgery. He has to have another procedure tomorrow. He’s doing much better today than he was yesterday so I’m grateful for that.
Apparently May was a big month for me. Shit. The random shit I read. I swear.
July and August book wrap-up notes. I have read so many good books lately from a bunch of different sources. That’s one of my favorite things about tracking the books I read is that I tag the people who recommend them to me so I can thank them when I really enjoy it.

My bro and I went shooting today. This was my first time ever holding a gun let alone shooting one. I had a good time and learned a lot but I was so sweaty!! Like woah that endorphin response or whatever was a lot. Thanks for taking me bro and for making me feel comfortable learning.
The concert yesterday was amazing. I basically gave myself heat exhaustion BEFORE the concert from giving away tickets and walking around and talking to people. (Extrovert problems) With some Liquid IV, shade, and stillness I rallied and enjoyed the fuck out of this show.

We are back home after bloodwork, x-ray, IV fluids, meds, and $800+. Artoo is passed out and the chicken and rice are cooking. They didn’t find anything. Poor puppy.
Welp. Artoo has vomited 4 times in the last hour or so. I’m not sure what he ate that is not agreeing with him but my poor baby. Every time I think we are done and can go to bed he starts heaving again. ☹️
It has been like a month since my trip to the UK and I’m almost finished with my journal about it. I really wish I had done it while I was on the trip but it has been a blast doing it after too.
I have just had the most frustrating day. I just spent 3 HOURS on one computer and have yet to eat lunch. I have a migraine and I'm cranky and tired and I want to cry.

One thing I learned during this trip to the UK... Make sure your digital camera and your cell phone are both on the same time zone so that when you merge the photos you've taken are syncing timewise. Ask me how I know.

As happens every summer, it is mosquito season. This summer, I decided to spend three dollars to make my walk infinitely more enjoyable.
Finished my new socks with the yarn I bought in Ullapool, Scotland. :) I haven’t knit in a good while and it’s been even longer since I made socks. They’re so nice and portable. Also, Artoo says it is too early to be at work already.

I really can’t with my sister today. Her dog has been missing for less than a month and she was showing me pictures of a new dog she wanted to adopt. I had to tell her no. It is likely that Wanda has died due to her being lost in forested land but it’s been like five minutes, lady.
