I’m looking for more lit journals based on this list bookmarked while my 3 y/o yelled out the window at bigfoot. They should be available 100% on the web, charge no sub fee, ideally pay writers but not required, and have published something you actually liked reading and would rec in person.

Anyone know why we might be getting an unusual number of submissions today? Enjoying it, just not the usual trickle.
Very excited about a story I accepted yesterday. Apologies that we've been a bit behind the past couple months. You know, like, work and toddler and the usual general chaos.
This is one of my favorite stories. I wrote it during the early days of Covid when it was just me and my elderly cat. I knew she was going to die soon and the idea of facing that alone was, well, hard to face. I made it weird. I tried to make it beautiful. But it is still that horror underneath.
