In 2012, misplaced (NG) tubes were classified as "Never Events" in the UK, considered serious preventable patient safety incidents. Causes for misplacements were misinterpretation of X-rays, issues with gastric aspirate pH testing, inadequate adherence to guidelines. Not by #LucyLetby student nurse.

Dr Ravi J lied, he saw nothing, it wasn't #lucyletby he saw. The designated nurse said under oath she did not ask Lucy to look after her child when out of the ward & didn't speak to Ravi J either. Why? Her nursing colleague was in room 1 with her. Lucy was actually in room 2 with 2 babies. Why Ravi?

CoCH doctors, consultants & management changed their routines to cover up the lies and systemic failures that the @cheshirepolice plods never investigated. If they had, it would have been clear there was no murderer.

I watched a programme "gone girl" in California. Neither she or her boyfriend were believed that she was kidnapped. Vallejo cops said on camera they were liars. Their lawyer stated police had confirmation bias and were focused on a conviction not the evidence. They won $2.5m for slander #lucyletby

So #lucyletby is now responsible for every baby collapse fatal and non fatal in the northwest of England ? According to the plods @Cheshirepolice they're reviewing over 4,000 cases because Dewi Evans told them to do so. Pathetic waste of time on an innocent nurse. She'll be free soon on appeal 3.

Every victim of a miscarriage of justice was found guilty by a jury. Even those that were hanged before they were found to be innocent and pardoned. Birmingham 6, Guildford 4 and Malkinson all spent decades in prison after being convicted by a jury. #lucyletby hasn't a shred of evidence against her.
