An assault on the 4-minute mile for women is looming. There are so many good things happening in women's sports and more that can be done.
Running shoes are the ugliest garment possible. I used to be cool and run on barefoot shoes, now I need to be gentle with baby nerves and weak calves. So, I’ll be wearing ugly as hell. I can still be cool though.
