Info re a case that a homeowner won at the LAT against Tarion. We have to ask how it ever got that far. Why didn't Tarion's mgmt pick this up before it got to the LAT? It's typically very difficult, stressful&time-consuming for homeowners to fight Tarion at the LAT. #EndTarionMonopolyNOW #onpoli
