For those of us who’ve had the unfortunate experience of leaving an abusive relationship, this is the quiet before the storm. I got a year-long smear campaign when I didn’t respond to his threats and went no contact. Seat backs up, tray table stowed, check your seatbelts. It’s about to get bumpy. 
I'm not interested in retribution, or get back, or vengeance. I am, however, extremely interested in justice.

There's this magical moment in America that only exists in the middle of an election. Suddenly, any outcome becomes possible. Love could conquer the world. Liberty and Justice could exist for all. And then it goes away, like a sunset, or a sunrise. But it's pretty while it's here.
I really resent having to wait until Jan 21 to know how the election went. That's why fascism sucks. And Puty sucks. (Hope this is completely wrong and we've pulled a Hungary.)

They know they're committing crimes, and this was the plan all along. Trump's got a big mouth. None of that's a secret. Congress needs to act here, which is why your vote is so important this time around. This needs to be an extinction event for Republicans, who are now just open criminals.
