While I have a ton of awful admin (badmin) to do for Android and/or Samsung store, I might have a go at getting NITELORE on Apple TV too. That should be pretty easy* given it share all the same** stuff as iOS. I’m sure there are many possible users on TV***
Added a drone fly-into-cockpit intro as well. #shipaton #gamedev #buildinpublic
Day 5 of #shipaton and I are experimenting with experimental cockpit view as an experiment. So far so good (so what). #buildinpublic #gamedev #indiedev
I have somehow added the biggest vignette of all time to the Unity port. I can se maybe a 10p size area in the centre.
Day 4 of #shipaton and I am doing some experiments that probably won’t work, but it’s worth a try OR IS IT. Here’s a time trial bit because why not.
Begun sending out some emails. One instant “thanks but no thanks” which is better than silence I think 🤔
There should another TestFlight out soon, it is undergoing review, as is tradition. Will need to swap this for the pre-order build. I think that kills the nomination but tbh I don’t think that was going to work anyway.
Need to quickly develop immunity to caring if I get a response to an email else tomorrow is going to be brutal.
Day 3 of #shipaton where I try & come up with an email that will sound interesting to someone & make them write about the game (straight to spam), also I embark on the process of setting up something very basic in google play. It takes 11 years. On the plus side had a roof beer.
Done a first go at the press kit. Never quite sure what to put here, what people will want or be infuriated by. nitelore.app/press/ If any press bods happen to be reading and have any advice I will listen!

Screenshots, icon, factsheet and boilerplate copy for NITELORE.

I somehow need to test on a real Samsung foldable without it costing me £2000.
Day 2 of #shipaton which as a Sunday is just plain laziness. Planning out how to market Nitelore a bit, since it seems I need to get people interested and download it. Later I will eat a Greek food, which will be nice. Meanwhile: vulcanism! #buildinpublic
Gamescom looks somewhat overwhelming, no idea where to start really. Well I do, I need to book my trip for a start. So I’ll start there.
Climbed to the highest point for miles (1.3 miles), a footbridge over the bypass. Good times.
Hello! Officially day 1 of @RevenueCat #shipaton and I am making NITELORE, an ultraspeed anti-grav racing game. If you enjoyed F-Zero or Wipeout or just super fast racing, this is for you! Pre-order now! It’s free! Released 15th August! #buildinpublic
Nitelore App - App Store
Download Nitelore by Crabware on the App Store. See screenshots, ratings and reviews, user tips and more games like Nitelore.

Made some updates to the website to have the proper (fav)icon, tidy up layout & use real gameplay video in background. The video is the App Store one so not 100% perfect for this and I’ll swap out at some point soon. See now @ nitelore.app
NITELORE - Ultraspeed anti-grav racing for iOS
Neon nights, impossible speed. NITELORE is ultraspeed anti-grav racing for iOS. Ride the walls, thread the pack, own the night. Beta on TestFlight soon.

As of today I start proper with the #shipaton online hackathon. Although it feels like I have already been doing it for a couple of weeks, that was merely practice. I have big and small and medium ideas for Nitelore to come.
Looks like you can do things depending on the foldiness of a phone so I will look into this and duly consider
One of my fav things is the puddle and the spray / screen splashes. It uses real water so your screen sometimes needs to be patted down with a dry cloth or some wool. #shipaton #buildinpublic #gamedev #wool
Samsung store application not going well. Rejected on every single count - some of which are stuff like “have an email” which I do!
Now a full week since I submitted NITELORE for review and not a single movement. Gah!
